Try to find his phone number! call Korean population office and tell them his name and give some appropriate reason to justify your claim. then they might give you details about your Friend/brother. you will have to write to the Korean population office and tell them a good, justifying and a heavy reason then after some legal procedures you may get all the details about your Friend/brother.
