I need help installing my sims 2 deluxe game!!!?

I bought the sims 2 deluxe game and the window won't show the window that says "install" and that sort of stuff. And when i pressed the "Run" on and typed what the pamphlet told me and it said that the disk was not in. I need YOUR help PLEASE!!!
