Trouble reading for high school freshman? Help please?

My cousin immigrated to America and was put in ESL. ESL work is a lot easier than regular cles! She is probably just having some trouble adjusting after 6 years in a different level of learning. Ask her teacher to help her out or get her a tutor. You could sit down and read with her and help her. I don't know what to say about the girl teasing her. Kids are cruel, just tell her to ignore her. Public libraries or the school might have homework help tutors. She can go there a couple times a week and meet up. I agree with the other person, she just needs Practice!
