Co worker crush?

well at the time I'm with this 38 year old at my job but she looks 26 seriously.....But lately we have been going to the park to play softball, company softball that is...and this 23 year old girl the same age as me weve been playing basketball after soft ball and this girl is so PERFECT FOR ME shes good looking and fit and so am i...SHe's very competitive which i love cause So am i...WE go to denny and she's even competing with me on who eats faster...so basically this girl is everything i want in a women.....ONe day I told her that she looks good and she said that look good too...so obviously shes attracted to me...but when were at work she ignore me like if not even there she avoids me and it sucks....she be talking to somebody and she turns away just so she wont look at me...WTF!!!! I want to know why this girl is like this...Is it because I burned my self with that 38 year old woman? I'm no longer with that girl
