How to perform the Sai Nav Vrath?

How am i supposed perform the sai nav vrath. What should be read and what shud be performed. I do not know how to read hindi. If possible can someone tell me what texts i must read for the vrath pooja. I have no clue. somebody please guide me from step 1 to the last step.
