What's the best way to package and ship Cheese & Sausage from WI to Hawaii?

Son lives in Honolulu & wants his girlfriend to taste the Wisconsin cheeses and meats that he grew up with. For us to purchase at store we can get bigger amounts at less prices than the gift shops offer, but, don't know how to package and whom to use to ship the items. Anyone have a link or info to share?
