If somebody teases you or tries to annoy you in a teasing manner does it mean that the person likes you or not?

He could like you and he's trying to make up some excuse to talk to you. Or he's just like that and that's how his personality is. I'm the sarcastic one of my friends but they know i'm just joking. Try making fun of him back and playing games with him. One, it will help you feel better and two you might find out why he's doing it. Or you can just try and subtly ask him.
