My brother treats me like $hit all the time?

I'm 20 and he's 22. He treats me worse than when we were younger. I never get in his way or bother him at all. He's always putting me down calling me piggy (I'm not fat at all) and ugly. He acts like a five year old, he wiped his boogers on me and started spitting ice at me in a buffet. I've tried everything and he keeps on bugging me. What can I do? When will he grow out of this? Will I ever be able to have a normal sibling relationship w/him?
