I want to remove a few moles, and how do i do this?

i read that there are cream to put on moles ot get rid of them? im a young teen and i dont really want to tell my parents, i just want to get rid of them. my doctor told them i should see a dermatologist about it, like that it kind of looks irregular. theres two on my face, one on my arm. any help? i hate looking at them (moles) please help pronto.
