Why is my cat losing muscle so fast?

How old is she? I'm not an expert but I do have experience with chronic renal failure in cats and know that hyperkalemia (high potium) can be a symptom of end-stage kidney failure, as can muscle atrophy and severe weight loss. Please get her back to the vet as soon as possible.
