Where are the Anglo- Saxons from ?

Anglo Saxon was the name given to the Germanic tribes - particularly the Jutes, the Angles and the Saxons - who settled in Britain, predominantly in England (the name England itself originates from the Angles) and thrived there following the fall of the Roman Empire.
