I haven't been pregnant for 4 years now is it normal to secrete milk like substance in ?

I nursed my daughter for 22 months. She is now 4 years and 4 months old. That's 2 1/2 years of NO NURSING for me. I still have milk. They say that you never dry up completely unless you have NO stimulation of the nipple and you have to take cold showers (the warm water stimulates milk production) for weeks. My Dr. told me that if I didn't like it, I could take NY-Quil to dry up completely- but I have asthma and that isn't an option for me. If you are still concerned, a trip to the Dr never hurt anyone.
