Help! I have an older dog (she's 14) and she hasn't moved for at least two days, she is crying and in obvious

She has had back and hip problems before, and i have used prednisone, which has worked. Now she can't move her back legs at all. I did talk to our vet office, of course it's the 4th of July so nothing is open today. My question is what can I do to make her more comfortable until I can get her to the vet Monday?
